How This Site Handles Your Data
A short, plain description of what maritzashoes.com collects, what it does not, and who to ask about it.
The short version
This site has no forms, no accounts and no shopping basket, so there is nothing here that asks you for your details. It measures traffic only if you accept, and it loads no fonts, scripts or images from anyone else's server. If you do nothing, nothing is tracked.
Who is responsible
MARITZA (Maritza Shoes), a footwear manufacturer based in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, Türkiye, runs this website and decides what happens to the data described below.

What is collected
- Analytics, only if you accept. If you choose Accept on the banner, Google Analytics 4 loads and records which pages you view, roughly where you are, and what kind of device and browser you use. It sets its own cookies. If you choose Decline, or ignore the banner, the script is never loaded and none of this happens.
- Server logs. The site is hosted by Netlify, which records the usual request information — IP address, time, page requested, browser — as part of serving and protecting the site. This happens for every visitor and is not something consent can switch off, because without it the page cannot be delivered to you.
- Your choice about analytics. Accepting or declining stores one value in your browser's local storage, named
maritza-analytics-consent, so you are not asked again. It is not a cookie, it is not sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it. - What you send us. If you email or call, we hold what you write or tell us in order to answer it. Nothing on this site sends us anything on its own.
What is not collected
- No forms. There is no contact form, newsletter signup or quote form anywhere on this site.
- No accounts, no payments. Nothing here asks you to register, and no orders or payments are taken online.
- No third-party fonts or embeds. Typefaces are served from this domain. There are no embedded maps, videos or social widgets, so no other company sees that you visited.
- No advertising or profiling. No ad networks, no retargeting pixels, no cross-site tracking.
Who else is involved
Two companies process data on our behalf, and each has its own privacy terms: Netlify, which hosts the site, and — only after you accept — Google, which provides the analytics. Links to Instagram, Facebook and trade organisations lead to sites we do not run; opening one puts you under their terms, not ours.
Changing your mind, and your rights
To withdraw or change your analytics choice, clear this site's data in your browser; the banner will ask again on your next visit.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address above and we will answer. Depending on where you live, local data protection law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
